The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms for any engagement are confirmed with you directly (for example on WhatsApp) before work begins. Offers such as "first 100 clients" may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Advertising spend

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ad spend on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google is paid separately by the client and is not included in our service fees.

No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, your product, pricing and budget. We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, leads, sales or search rankings.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, the rights to any material you share with us (photos, videos, logos), and timely approvals and payments.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Social Trend Spot unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work created for clients is as agreed for each engagement.

Third-party platforms

Our services use third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google. We are not responsible for their policies, outages, account restrictions or changes.
